Students or undergraduate graduates are required to have hardskill ability in the field of their knowledge through lecturing activities, also must have the ability softskill through organization activities. The form of organization that is followed by the students can be a legislative institution, an executive institution, a set of majors, autonomous institutions and also semi autonomous institutions in the Faculty of Economics and Business in particular who demand knowledge and managerial skills in their respective institutions.
One form of effort to provide the provision is through a training called Student Management Skills Training (LKMM) which is then implemented in this Next Level Leadership activity. Next Level Leadership or abbreviated as NLL, will be conducted on 7-8 April 2018 which is held in Building Hall D FEB UB.
The material curriculum to be used will be in accordance with the curriculum that has been made by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs (Ditjen Belmawa). The level of curriculum used is the middle level prepared for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2016 as a form of institutional management cadre of 2019 guided by an experienced LKMM guide.
The hope of this activity is to get knowledge of knowledge and managerial ability to manage student organization which need to be owned by every student, especially student active in organizational activity and also for general student which later can be stock when entering work world.
To participate in this activity, students can take the form that has been provided in Baseball FEB UB, and also the committee asked for 5 representatives of delegates from every institution in FEB. This event is absolutely free of charge, hopefully in the implementation of the target participants as many as 120 people can be fulfilled and the show runs smoothly.
